I drove to Oslo on Sunday and went to church for the first time since moving to Norway, not including the Christmas service in Feda. It was a friend I met over the holidays that invited me, and I’ve been feeling the need to connect, so it was time and it was ….good. I plan to go back this weekend. Haven’t been snowboarding in a few days, but it’s snowing tonight and if it keeps up, Lars and I will be riding in the morning.

yo tim! you cut all your curls offf! glad to see you keeping us informed better as of late and i am really excited that you got to go to church! i think church is pretty cool, but i may be biased
Guess I am biased about church too! It is one place to be able to worship my God, since it is His house. Just like a person needs nourishment of food to live physically, worshiping God in His house allows me to also be fed spiritually (singing praises to God, the reading of scripture, prayer, and to hear thru the peacher what God has for us to hear & contemplate for the next week) and plus to be encouraged by the fellowship of fellow believers. Church going can be a good habit when one keeps it in the right perspective! God loves for us to hear from Him, worship, and bless Him. I realize one can worship Him anywhere but in church you are encouraged to remember to focus on Him. Thinking and praying for you often, Tim.
Brotha From Anotha Motha a.k.a Tim - Glad to hear that you found a church that you like, I think that is a pretty important part of your trip
